Ty was lynching out at Bar X in Salt Lake City on Friday somewhere a grouping of pro-gay marriage group were celebrating the conspicuous down of an anti-same sex marriage law. in the party, one lesbian couple determined they were so thrilled, they were going to dig up wedded exact here IN THE BAR ... and asked Ty if he would sign the marriage certificate as an official eyewitness. Of course, Ty grateful ... and the women -- one of whom posed for a pic with Ty (see above) -- took the force right there in the bar. The sad part ... Ty was NOT allowed to buy the couple a festive drink (employees in the bar tell us it's banned for bar employees to buy patrons a drink in Utah). Still, didn't seem to put a constraint on the sundown CONGRATS!!

Tracie Jayne -- who was cast as a stripper in the movie -- says she throw herself into her work ... take hold of DiCaprio by the hair ... defeat his neck ... and very cold his ear -- but wasn't able to stir little Leo.

Limo Driver Attacked During Ride

Justin Bieber's legal fight have gone worldwide ... one more member of his staff is being illegally look into for roughing up a limo driver and it's the 2nd suspected attack in 2 days.

Toronto cops said the limo man was hired to drive Justin and his gang just about town.  Details are unclear, but the driver asserts he was assaulted.  Cops are now investigating. We told Justin was in the limo at the time of the event.

Just this weekend 2 of JB's bodyguards arrested after supposedly attacking a steal at a fan event in Florida.  Bieber gets a pass for this one, he was in Canada where he snowmobile on Saturday and attended a Toronto Maple Leafs game last night and was in a limo where the driver claims he was attacked. 

Chloe Moretz--Making Money Hand over Fist

Chloe Moretz stands to make over a million cash in her next movie -- pretty good for a 16-year-old.

Chloe is the star in a forthcoming movie "If I Stay" Since Moretz is a slight ... producers had to file officially permitted docs with the court asking for permission to hire her.  We got hold of the docs, and they make known Chloe will make $500,000 as a base salary.

But have to wait. There's more.  If Chloe will get 15% of profits from the movie and even if the movie doesn't show profits she could get an extra $1 million.

And there is still more ... If she gets selected for a Best Actress Oscar she gets $25,000 and another $25K if she takes home the statuette.  And even more ... She gets a cut of any merchandising.
